Nutrition Analysis + Education Session

This 1-hour session provides an introduction and overview of nutrient education, a review of energy balance needs, current caloric intake and activity, and healthy food list references.

You’ll receive an individualized Nutrition Package which includes:

An outline for your meals, based on your goals and specific nutrient and caloric intake. You can use this as a guide and baseline with flexibility to choose foods that work for your plan.

How to choose foods to meet your macro and portion goals.

How to adjust calories, macros and hand portions to further progress.

Comprehensive food lists to make shopping and preparation easy.

Exercise recommendations based on your goals and timeline.

Nutrition Coaching
(Ongoing - Weekly Check-Ins) $150/monthly

Kicks off with an in-depth consultation which includes a comprehensive set of assessment tools, diet/nutrient analysis, and discussion of outcome goals.

Focus on nutrition fundamentals to help the client learn long-term, sustainable strategies for eating well (energy balance, portion control, intuitive eating practices, macros, kitchen/shopping strategies).

A “Kitchen Makeover” and “Expert Grocery Shopping” tour are available at the client’s request (1 x month).

Individual nutritional guidelines and healthy habit goals will be provided during initial consultation and adjusted based on weekly e-mail check-ins. These check-ins will ensure the client is supported and the actions are strategic, targeted, simple and effective.

Includes an individualized Nutrition Package that will be updated periodically as you progress and meet nutrition and activity goals.

Includes a client-centered plan that clearly outlines the weekly and/or daily skills, practices, actions and tasks that are effective and feasible to achieve those goals.
