We offer a wide variety of services and training methods to ensure every single workout is safe, enjoyable, dynamic and effective. Best of all, you don't need any equipment or a gym membership because OTV brings all the gear necessary to give you an incredible workout that drives results.

 

Our flexible program structure lets you choose times in the day that best suit your schedule, allowing you to stick with a consistent fitness regimen. You can set your own personal training schedule week to week, or choose from our specialized training packages. Both 30 and 60-minute training sessions are available. Whether you are looking for encouragement and guidance with every workout, a change in your routine, or expert training methods and motivation to take you to the next level, OTV guarantees we will be right by your side every step of the way.

Sallie Cappellari, OWNER + FITNESS EXPERT

Sallie is a certified personal trainer and the owner of OTV. In 2012, she founded OTV with one objective in mind: to provide a fresh approach to fitness based on the ageless truth that the harmony of mind, body and spirit is the key to lifelong vitality.

 

The tenets of OTV's mission are grounded in her own belief that personal training should focus on the individual's ideal of fitness. Drawing on hundreds of hours of experience, she has developed a holistic approach that educates, empowers and instructs clients in the simplest, most efficient way possible so they can achieve their goals and maintain those results long-term – helping them get stronger, build confidence, and become more awesome.
